The Brazil nuts shell can be pelletizing.

Dear Sirs,

Our company is the leading processor of Brazil nuts in the world.

This nut found in the amazonian jungle, when shelled leaves 45% of its internal shell.

As biomass which we intend to use as fuel for a gasification process to generate energy.

We need to pelletize it so that it can be handled properly and all particles used in the process whcih needs
particles bigger than 25milimeters at a humidity of less than 20%.

Please explain if the process will demand crashing, and or pulverizing the shell, and a chemical to pelletize
under presure there after???

The shell had many measurements and shapes.

Awaiting your reply with much interest and an idea of what you may recommend,

Kindly Regards,

Enrique
