The Working Principle and Construction of Pellet-press Machines
The series GC-9PK pellet mill machines use the electric or diesel engines as the driving force for initiative axis, and operate cyclely. Major axis and disk mode are drived by gear wheels to produce the friction with the pressure roll bolt, the resulting friction temperature ( between pressure roller and the mode tray) can reach 80° C.

Rotary Drum Dryers
Rotary dryer is the choice for high throughput capacity applications involving high moisture, friable, free-flowing commodity products and by-products. A rotating drum and strategically positioned flights combine to lift and shower product evenly through the air stream. Pellet Mill

There are two basic types of pellet coolers: horizontal counter flow type and vertical counter flow type. In the horizontal pellet cooler, pellets are conveyed on a perforated steel mesh by transmission belt through where cool air stream could pass. The vertical type counter flow coolers are coolers work with pellets fall by gravity into a chamber through where the air is sucked by a fan to upside.
